IJTIHADI DA A’ALAMIYYA

Ta wadanne hanyoyin shari’a ne ake iya sanin ijtihadi da a’alamiyya (mafi kololuwar sani)?

 

Bismihi Ta’ala

Ijtihadi da a’alamiyya suna tabbata ne ga shi mutum a kan kansa ta hanyar wijdani, amma ga sauran mutane suna tabbata ne ta hanyar shaidawar ahlul khibra da kebantattu, wadannan kuwa su ne manyan masu falala da malaman hauzar ilimi mai tsarki, ba ma kamar mujtahidan cikinta, amma wasunsu basu da wani ra’ayi a cikin wannan maudhu’in kuma zancensu ba abin la’akari ba ne komai yawansu kuwa, eh, wadannan sauran sun samu su nakalto shaidar da ahlul khibra suka bayar ga makusantansu da abokansu, wannan kuma shi ne abin da sirar ukala (siratul ukala’i) ta doru a kai a cikin sauran ilimomi da fannoni, fikihu kuma yana daga cikinsu.
