The Iraqi people are united behind their armed forces and supportive for every leading national project.

          His eminence and religion leadership Al-Yaqoobi welcomed the head of UNMIK in Iraq. Mr. Jan Kubis, during his visit to the religious scholars in Najaf in the very beginning of his work to succeed Mr. Maldenov, asserts about the great responsibilities incurred by the religious authorities and its constructive role of solving the problem of the country and maintenance the unity of the country. Jan Kubis was honored by this meeting with the religious authorities and they talked about several files like the file of the displaced people that their numbers estimated around 3 million that they shall be accelerated to get them back home, the government’s control on the armed fractions. Jan Kubis said that he would listen to advice and guidance.

           His Eminence thanked all of the international aids whether on the humanitarian, military, intelligence or political and medias levels. Those levels served to Iraq which it suffered from this horrible phenomenon which couldn’t solve a phenomenon until multiple phenomena show up. What witnessed a few days ago, displacement around 100,000 people of Anbar people? The problems in Iraq go up in a very complicated way because of the reflection of territories’’ and internationals’ that happened on its ground.

          His eminence asserted that dealing with Iraq should be positive for the purpose that the international efforts be part of the solution not for the problem. He mentioned two examples, the positive example: is the Iranian nuclear file when they are patience and insisted to reach a solution until they achieved it. This is the final agreement with its general points that we hope that it could take its final shape and exact date. If the issue treated military, imagine how the implications and the disastrous results of the world and region.

          The negative example: what happened here is that after liberating Tikrit, ISIS considered it as their worldwide capital and they did defend it. The popular mobilization army forces achieved great accomplishments and they liberated Tikrit after providing serious sacrifices. Unexpectedly, they were volunteered and done their duties without receiving official salaries. They were also using maybe their personal guns or already bought them. When they have done their duties and returned the people back home, people accused them as devastators, burn homes and robberies, did they really cut roads about hundred kilometers from south and middle of Iraq for the sake of stealing pieces of furniture?. If so, where did they go with those robbery and they came to war frons?. Some local leaderships asserted that done by the people of the same regions for the sake of taking revenge from the clan elders or done by Saddam’s people whom they disguised and sneaked through the popular mobilization forces. If so, they wanted to distort the image of this popular mobilization forces and security forces that they have the experience in looting and plundering. Let us assume that they have done this, does the war happen without such mistakes? If so, why do you generalized?.

          His eminence warned the attempts that need to undermine the state’s control of its associations, what is going on the ground, the erosion of the Iraqi army and armed forces’ prestige. Those attempts need break the spirits of those Iraqi forces then make their roles secondary. This will concentrate on irregular leaders that we cannot say something but to thank their help and their role of earning accomplishments. Those will not be in a place of the uniformed services and there must be highlighting the military ground troops that have done great duties. We can find those troops anytime and everywhere attending every battle whether in Tikrit, Ramadi etc.

           His eminence asserted on thoughtful and psychological treatments to eradicate the approaches of the Takfirist which they are retarded, hostile for the civilization and humanity through making dialogues between the religious leaders from all religion sectors, making western media to highlight on the original and pure Islam which refuses these barbaric practices. Islam is the religion that calls for mercy, justice, brotherhood, and prosperity. When Allah spoke to the prophet Mohammad “we have only sent you as a mercy to the world” [Al-Anbiya: 107]. This verse means that he exceptionally did not carry a sword while he was living in the middle of the war and he did not perish someone by his hand. Hence, he sent for flourishing peace and mercy for the whole world.

          His eminence confirmed the unity of Iraq, land, and people. Nevertheless, there is no alternative option for dialogue, reconciliation, honesty, the real and fair partnership for all. This wills what implicates concession about the unduly high roofs. The project of dividing Iraq into separated territories will make Iraq as bate to surrounding neighbor countries and major powers. The whole country –except some foreign hired agendas that stand behind its armed forces and every national project that has dignity and honor of its people.

          He asserted on all of Iraqi political, international coalition and international organization for the purpose of supporting the president till by God willing achieving these fair claimants. By that, in order to let Iraq takes its leadership for building a prosperous future. Not only for its people, but for the whole regions because Iraq has the ability to be an accepted mediator for solving the world’s and regions’ problems .
