His Eminence Sheikh Yacoubi: Give his Directions to  Academic and Cultural Institutions to Support the Library of the University of Mosul with Books and Contribute to its reconstruction .

His Eminence, Sheikh Mohammed Al-Yaqoubi, gave directions to affiliate cultural and academic institutions and research centers to support Mosul Central Library and the library of the  University of Mosul with all available numbers of books in order to facilitate the reconstruction of the city considering this step one of the most important manifestations of celebrating victory and liberating Mosul from the terrorist gangs especially that it the completion of the cleansing of the eastern side of the city is ,  thanks to God Almighty , announced today .

His Eminence pointed out that the ideological, intellectual, social and moral destruction caused by terrorists in the cities they occupied was more complex and dangerous than the physical destruction and military occupation . He added that  cultural and ideological liberation would be more difficult than liberating land ;  it would take a long time to purify the cultural and intellectual system and to rehabilitate the moral and ideological environment especially for young men and children . Providing books of moderate culture and human and noble values would be an important part of the process of cultural liberation .

His Eminence urged all academic institutions and publishing houses to participate in this blessed process. His Eminence called on the central and local governments to give this issue  great attention and care .
